What is Windows.old?
When you upgrade or reinstall Windows, your old files may be placed in a folder on the C drive, which is Windows.old, but this folder usually takes up a lot of space on the C drive.
How to delete Windows.old?
We can use disk cleanup tools to quickly delete this folder.

Run (Win + R), enter
cleanmgr -
Select Clean up system files

Previous Windows installation files -
Finally, click OK to start the cleanup
